Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms apply to all quotes, work, agreements, and deliveries between Kim van der Waart and clients, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Quotes and rates
All quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days. Prices are exclusive of VAT. Any additional work outside the agreed assignment will be billed separately.
3. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder and interest may be charged.
4. Rights and ownership
The copyright of all created designs remains with Waart, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once payment is received, the client receives the right to use the design as agreed.
5. Revisions and corrections
One revision round is included in the quote, unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions or major changes will be billed separately.
6. Liability
I do my best to deliver high-quality work. However, I am not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages resulting from the use of the design.
7. Cancellation
If the assignment is cancelled, the hours worked up to that point will be invoiced.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
